One of the mainstays of my time in Shanghai, China was always finding unique ways to play!
As a capstone to my life in China, I put together a talk with Alexandria & Hu to go over a unique way that China has spread its power. Their authority comes from not only an academic study of China, but living in, and running successful businesses in China! Check out the two-minute video in the post, it’s what sparked the conversation.
I’ve never been a fan of drab museums with pictures and exhibits that people have to explain. If it’s good art, it’ll stand up on its own! I’m glad to say that these places were not what I was expecting and a lot more than I asked for ~>
I dabbled in UrbEx in a few other cities, but yesterday in Shanghai, China, I was invited to go all the way! No Breaking, Just Entering ~>
I’ve been hired as a syndicated columnist for the Yangtse Evening Post!
Thank you to everyone who reads my posts and shares what I write. After reviewing what I do here, and sampling a few writings specifically for the YEP, I was asked to do a regular column. The only stipulation they had was that I limit myself to 50 words per article. It’s a challenge!
Fat Mama turned out to be a wiry German. Not what we expected, but exactly what we wanted.
Anais, is a friend and model from America, who’s back for a second round; Najma is a Somalian raised in Kenya who ended up in the USA as she tries to understand what motivates others while she delves into her first business venture; and Sarah is a Canadian sex educator who makes some pretty bold claims about masturbation. They all end up at my table for a talk. This gets loud! ->
